>ALS
I have a friend who was diagnosed about a year or so ago with ALS. Right now his main difficulty is with his speech. It seems from what I have read and researched that ALS once diagnosed it moves fast. I was just wondering if there is something else that could be or does ALS sometimes move slower. I was Googeling for sometimes till I found the HTSF for ALS. I gave it to him and he is playing for almost five weeks now. I can tell for sure that his speech is better and he sais he can move his tong easier. I cannot really say if the HTSF is the cause for improvement, but it might well be.

>Fibromyalgia
HI, I have Fibro, mainly neuropathy. I've been on Lyrica for several months. I am having swelling in my ankles, and I believe it's from the Lyrica. I am using your sounds for Fibro, CFS, abdominal pain and Energy vitality. It has brought a tremendous change. Since play the sounds one after the other in 5 minutes intervals I cannot say which helps best, but altogether it has much better effect than the Adderall for my energy for it has no side effects while the Adderall creates a kind of mental dependency.

>Lyme
Finally I was diagnosed for Lyme. There are almost 15 different symptoms I had that each one of them would indicate different diagnosis. I have strong muscles pain, neck pain, fevers & sweats, Joints swelling and more... Actually I cannot afford real medical treatment for Lyme. There aren't many Lyme specialists. My brother has sent me three Lyme MP3 files and I am playing the whenever I can. It definitely does good for my muscles pains and whenever I am playing the sounds my muscles are more relaxed. Its very good before bedtime. Perhaps this is not a cure for Lyme, but it surely helps me with my muscles pain.

Lyme is so difficult and needs so much patience, money and family & community support that if you find something that costs $45 and has such tremendous effect you grab it with both hands. This HTSF is so great that I really cannot understand how come it is so unfamiliar. Anyone I have been talking to never heard of it. I told that to mzy support group and 80% started using it. I really appreciate what you're doing.

>Mononucleosis
My daughter had the Kissing Disease (for mononucleosis). She had her blood test positive.
The problem was that there is no medical treatment for for mononucleosis, only resting and staying at home most of the time. After one month I started looking for alternative ways and found several things including the mononucleosis sound. I know it appears dramatic an unreal but the moment she was listening to the sounds she reacted in a burst of energy laughing as if she has been tickled. She kept putting the MP3 on for hours every day. After two more weeks she said she felt much better and wants to go on a trip with her friends, I called her doctor and she said she could go only after blood tests. So she took another blood test and it came out negative, meaning it showed that she had mononucleosis, but with an indication that its over. The doctor said she cannot remember such a fast recovery from mononucleosis ever. We give you the credit for it.

Dear James, thank you, thanks to your post about your daughter I decided to give it a chance and downloaded the Mononucleosis sounds. I was using the sounds for 3 weeks and then one morning I woke up and that's it I just felt it's over. And it is over according to my blood test. There is something deep about these sounds that cerates an inner change inside, I cannot tell in words what it is, but it is very powerful and positive. Thanks

>ADHD
Hi, I am Andrew. I have ADHD. I found about you in the net. I hope this can help. I was wondering: do I have to really listen to the sounds, or is is OK if I do something meanwhile, like working at the computer, or anything else? Appreciate your answer.

Hi Andrew, Our experience shows that allowing five minutes twice a day of attentive and relaxed posture isolated from external distractions is the best way to use HTSF.

>Multiple Sclerosis
First I want to congratulate you on your nice and original site, and i hope an effective one too. My mother is suffering from Multiple sclerosis. And I was thinking of getting her your sound, as so far nothing really helped. I noticed that you have several sounds for Multiple sclerosis, and i would like to ask, how do I know which one to get? Thanks, Mihai.

>Asthma
Dear forum, I guess you will like my post. I am very happy with the sound I got from you for my asthma ( I use the Asthma mild sound). Well, I started listen to it about 2 weeks ago, and I felt immediate effect. I was sure it is not what is called placebo, because one wishes that placebo would work with asthma. Anyway, before the sound, I used to use Inhalations, and off course it helped a lot, but it really makes you weak and sometime dizzy, so I was looking for something alternative. well so far it seems i found. But I have a question: as my asthma is sometimes better and sometimes worse, Is it right to use it for longer times (say 10 minutes each time), and more often when I feel I need it more? Thank, looking forward to hear from you.

Dear Erik, In general if you sense an effect and improvement it would mean that five minutes twice a day is the right duration. You could try the 'Asthma acute' HTSF and see if better balancing is achieved.
